Steelsmith provided this customer, a manufacturer of cooling units, with full engineering and erection services for this project. Three connected buildings compose the entire structure: a gable, a lean-to, and a single slope building all attach and transition to a pre-existing masonry building. The building includes R-38 roof insulation and 20’ x 4’ window banks under the eaves to provide natural light throughout the building.
