Originally awarded this 20,000 square foot project as design and furnish only project in 2016, Steelsmith was able to build credibility and trust through the design phase and was later awarded the erection services as well. A four-foot wainscot in Burnished Slate provides a pleasing aesthetic and complements the overall color scheme of the building. Eight doors, four windows, gutters and downspouts round out the accessory package. This local construction company will be enjoying the extra space their new warehouse provides for years to come.
