The AIM Leasing project we designed and erected by our team is a 9700 square foot steel building, set just 5 miles west of Pittsburgh. Featuring a R-30 Roof Insulation package and an R-19 Wall Insulation Package, the owner wanted to ensure minimal loss of heat in the cold winter months.

Erected in less than two weeks, this commerical warehouse included the framing and trimming of (5) man doors, (8) windows, and (2) entrance canopies. The final touches included a full gutter and downspout package maximizing the diversion of the 38 inches of rain Pittsburgh receives each year.
