Steelsmith provided all engineering, manufacturing, erection, and concrete services for this project. The total manufacturing facility is over 20,000 sq ft and engineered for (3) top-running cranes throughout the building. This building also required some creative thinking to create a watertight seal between the new building and the existing facility. Steelsmith erected the new building over top of an existing building so as not to interfere with the operational equipment that was required to be under-roof throughout construction of the new facility.
